Please try the pillow on YOUR bed BEFORE opening the pillow package. No exchange or return can be made if the pillow package has been opened and/or if the safety seal is broken. Please keep the box in case of exchange. In the event you need to exchange your pillow, please contact us by email at:
Any exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase, and only if the pillow package has not been opened in any way and the safety seal is intact and not broken. You will need a return merchandise authorization code (RMA) in order for your exchange or return to be processed. Please contact us via email so that we can assist you.
In the case of a return, once processed, you will receive a confirmation email via PayPal. Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.
