JUNIOR  PILLOWS

The Headleveler / Ortho-Cerv Junior pillows are intended for use in beds only.  The Junior pillows are not to be used in cribs, cradles, bassinettes, or playpens.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

All shipping rates are per order and vary depending on quantity of pillows ordered.

Vary (usually between 3 and 5 business days)

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

In the event that the delivering party deems the package to be undeliverable or is not picked-up from the shipping depot, the package will be sent back to Headleveler / Ortho-Cerv.  Headleveler / Ortho-Cerv will then credit back the amount of the goods purchased minus the freight to the credit card on file.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  However, given the personal nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges only if the pillow package has not been opened in any way and the safety seal is intact and not broken.

Important

Please try the pillow on YOUR bed BEFORE opening the pillow package. No exchange or return can be made if the pillow package has been opened and/or if the safety seal is broken.  Please keep the box in case of exchange. In the event you need to exchange your pillow, please contact us by email at:

Any exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase, and only if the pillow package has not been opened in any way and the safety seal is intact and not broken.  You will need a return merchandise authorization code (RMA) in order for your exchange or return to be processed.  Please contact us via email so that we can assist you.  Exchanges are free of charge via Canada Post.

In the case of a return, once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Your refund will be credited to the credit card used at time of purchase.  All returns to the warehouse via Canada Post Return label (or USA return label) are subject to a $10 return fee.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The personal information you provide us is solely used to do business with you.  We do not share, rent or sell our mailing or e-mail lists.  At Headleveler / Ortho-Cerv, we concentrate all of our efforts to ensure and guarantee a maximum security firewall to prevent any intruder on our system.
